Adult Social Care & Health Select Committee - Thursday, 6th November, 2025 6.30 pm

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea's Full Council met on 22 October 2025, and addressed the borough's medium-term financial strategy, adopted an updated local code of corporate governance, and approved changes to standing orders and the municipal timetable. Councillors also debated motions on pension fund investments in temporary accommodation, becoming a Borough of Sanctuary, street scene enhancements, changes to the Integrated Care Board[^2], and council tax waivers for terminally ill residents.

Planning Applications Committee - Tuesday, 21st October, 2025 6.30 pm

The Kensington and Chelsea Planning Applications Committee were scheduled to review a number of planning applications at a meeting on 21 October 2025. These included applications for building extensions and alterations, as well as the demolition and rebuilding of a dwelling.

Audit & Transparency Committee - Monday, 29th September, 2025 6.30 pm

The Audit & Transparency Committee met to discuss the audit findings, value for money arrangements, and internal audit reports for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The committee approved the 2024-25 audited statement of accounts, delegating authority to the chair and the Section 151 Officer[^2] to approve the final version after any further updates. They also reviewed progress against agreed actions and the committee's work programme for the year.

Planning Applications Committee - Tuesday, 22nd July, 2025 6.30 pm

The Kensington and Chelsea Planning Applications Committee met to discuss a range of planning and conservation issues, including retrofitting council housing, managing noise from a school playground, and various building applications. The committee approved upgrades to the Lancaster West estate, but deferred a decision on noise management at Thomas's school for further consultation.
