CRSTS City centre – Redcliffe Roundabout and Redcliffe Way

1. To seek approval to submit the City Centre Transport Corridor – Redcliffe Roundabout Full Business Case (FBC) to the West of England Combined Authority (WECA). 2. To seek approval for the submission of a Full Business Case (FBC) to the West of England Combined Authority (MCA) for the City Regional Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS) funding and subject to approval, to accept and invest the funding to deliver the City Centre Transport Corridor – Bond Street improvements.

City Centre – Broadmead Area/ Union Street Area Outline Business Case and delivery

To seek approval to submit the Broadmead Area (Union Street Area) Outline Business Case (OBC) to the West of England Combined Authority (WECA) to secure funding to continue development of the project up to Full Business Case (FBC) stage including taking all steps required to accept and spend the funding, and to procure and award the necessary contracts, or professional services for this project up to FBC.    To delegate authority to approve the subsequent FBC to the Executive Director for Growth and Regeneration in consultation with Chair of the Transport and Connectivity Committee.     To seek approval to accept and spend funding, procure and award contacts or professional services for the development and delivery of the Broadmead Area (Union Street Area) Project (part of the City Centre Scheme).

1. To seek approval to submit the Southern Gateway and Friary Full Business Case (FBC) to the West of England Combined Authority (WECA). 2. To accept and draw down Economic Development Funding, ringfenced as match funding for the City Regional Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS) fund, to implement the scheme following a procurement process.

Procurement of new contract for supply, installation and maintenance of metrobus iPoints

1. To provide background on the metrobus iPoints, details of the upcoming review being undertaken by the metrobus partners to consider the future requirements for iPoints, and the options available for managing the end of the existing supplier contract; 2. To seek authorisation for the Executive Director Growth and Regeneration to start a procurement exercise for a new contract (and to subsequently award, as appropriate), for the future management of the iPoints. 3. To seek authorisation for the Executive Director Growth and Regeneration to extend the current contract for a short period, should this be necessary, for the successful delivery of the procurement exercise and a smooth transition to a new contract.
