Central & North Buckinghamshire Area Planning Committee - Wednesday, 5th November, 2025 2.00 pm

The Central & North Buckinghamshire Area Planning Committee met to discuss planning application 25/00199/APP, which concerns the erection of nine homes on land north of Mursley Road in Little Horwood. The report pack recommends that the decision be deferred and delegated to the Service Director of Planning and Environment for approval, pending publicity of the application as a departure from the Development Plan and the satisfactory completion of a Section 106 agreement[^2].

The Transport, Environment, Communities & Climate Change Select Committee scheduled a meeting to review several ongoing projects and programmes. These included updates on the Bus Service Improvement Programme, Home to School Transport, Opportunity Bucks, and the Bucks Tree Mission. The committee also planned to discuss its upcoming work programme.

Cabinet - Tuesday, 21st October, 2025 9.30 am

Buckinghamshire Council's cabinet met to discuss the Local Nature Recovery Strategy for Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes, and options for Consilio Property Ltd. The cabinet approved the formal publication of the Local Nature Recovery Strategy for Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes, and also approved Option 1 for Consilio Property Ltd, which includes marketing the Tatling End site for disposal, transferring the remaining assets and liabilities to the council, and winding up the company in an orderly manner. The cabinet also received updates from cabinet members on various topics, including kinship care week, secondary transfer test results, public health events, and winter gritting preparations.
