Public Realm CCTV

...the Executive approved the retention and upgrade of 22 public realm CCTV cameras in key town centre locations, the decommissioning of 43 out-of-date cameras elsewhere in the Borough, and recommended to Council the allocation of £0.130 million to fund the installation.

Local plan (Development Management Plan) Review

Council will be asked to approve and adopt the Review of the Reigate & Banstead local plan: Development Management Plan (DMP) policies (Annex 1), which concludes that the majority of the Development Management Plan policies remain “up to date” and effective for the purposes of planning determinations, which will then be published.
