The Executive Decision meeting of Waltham Forest Council on 1 April 2025 was scheduled to consider a report regarding the provision of laptops and associated services to council staff. The meeting was held without public access, in accordance with The Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012. Proposed aquisition of newbuild homes for affordable rent, Executive Decision - Monday, 31st March, 2025 11.00 am

This executive decision meeting of Waltham Forest Council was scheduled to discuss the proposed acquisition of new build homes for affordable rent. The Deputy Leader (Housing and Regeneration) was asked to approve the use of Right to Buy receipts to acquire 53 newbuild homes at the Fellowship Square development. This acquisition was previously discussed at an executive decision meeting in December 2024[^2].

The Integrated Meeting of Waltham Forest Health & Wellbeing and Health & Care Partnership Boards was scheduled to discuss the Better Care Fund (BCF) plan for 2025/26. The meeting was also scheduled to approve the minutes from the previous meeting held on 20 January 2025. Some items were expected to be discussed in private due to their commercially sensitive nature.

Special Meeting: Annual Budget and Council Tax Setting, Council - Thursday, 27th February, 2025 7.30 pm

This meeting is scheduled to cover a wide range of financial matters, including the Council's budget for 2025-26, the rates at which it will charge fees for its services, its plans to invest in new buildings and infrastructure and the pay of its employees. The meeting is also scheduled to include the appointment of Paul Calaminus to the Health and Wellbeing Board.
