The meeting will include a review of the draft Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy 2026-2031, and a discussion of the Housing Management Property Services Performance Report for the first two quarters of 2025. Also on the agenda is the proposed re-procurement of the Integrated Treatment Recovery Wellbeing & Substance Misuse Service, and a programme for the delivery of secure cycle parking across the borough.

Councillors also approved adopting the socio-economic duty to reduce inequality and backed a collaborative procurement for sexual health services.
