The public report will include an appendix providing the red book valuation of the faith/community land in Phase 1 at Northstowe. The appendix is therefore exempt from publication by virtue of paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) (Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).
