Proposed Public Space Protection Orders - Pedlars

To seek approval to progress with establishing a Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) restricting the ability of Licensed Pedlars to trade at major festivals/events and sports fixtures.

Extension of Children’s Community Health Partnership (CCHP) contract by 12 months

To request approval for the proposal by the Integrated Care Board (ICB) to the current Children’s Community Health Partnership (CCHP) contract by 12 months to allow sufficient time for an effective re-procurement exercise. The ICB is the lead commissioner for CCHP but Bristol City Council (BCC) commissions a range of essential services within the contract, as an associate commissioner.
