Public Consultation on Draft Appraisal for the Northgate Conservation Area including Proposed Boundary Extension

The Heritage Action Zone work on the route of the Stockton and Darlington Railway suggested amendments to the Northgate Conservation Area to include some sites which were important due to the route of the railway. The report requests approval to consult on the suggested amendments.
