...to facilitate a coordinated strategic planning approach for mass transit across West Yorkshire, Kirklees Council agreed to collaborate with other West Yorkshire councils to develop a Joint West Yorkshire Mass Transit Spatial Development Framework Development Plan Document and delegated authority for initial consultations to the West Yorkshire Combined Authority Joint Member Committee.
