1.1 The Committee are asked to approve the Education and Children’s Services Procurement Work Plan for 2025/2026 in relation to the Formartine Area. The procurement plan seeks approval to progress a construction project at Meldrum Academy. The proposed works will refurbish existing open plan space to create two new classroom spaces to improve flexibility and increase curricular capacity.

The report sets out and seeks consideration of the Evidence Report prior to the submission of said report for Gatecheck by the Scottish Government Division for Planning and Environmental Appeals (DPEA).
