The Residents' Services Select Committee met to elect a chair and vice-chair for the remainder of the municipal year 2025/2026. Councillor Peter Smallwood OBE was elected as Chair, and Councillor Ekta Gohil was elected as Vice-Chair.

Hillingdon Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education - Tuesday, 25th November, 2025 5.30 pm

The Hillingdon Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education (SACRE) met to discuss national and local updates, the Agreed Syllabus Conference, and the HSACRE action plan. The meeting was scheduled to take place at Lake Farm Park Academy school in Hayes. The public and press were welcome to attend and observe the meeting.

Hillingdon Planning Committee - Wednesday, 5th November, 2025 7.00 pm

The Hillingdon Planning Committee convened to discuss several planning applications, approving a new bungalow in Northwood, new football pitches in Ruislip, and a mezzanine floor for a retail unit in South Ruislip. Councillor Henry Higgins, Chair of the Hillingdon Planning Committee, recused himself from a portion of the meeting due to a declared conflict of interest.

The Hillingdon Planning Committee approved recommendations for all planning applications considered at its meeting. These included a four-phased redevelopment to deliver a data centre campus on Uxbridge Road and the erection of a single-storey detached building for use by the Acorn Youth Club in Ruislip.
