Pay to Park, Executive Decision - Monday, 1st December, 2025 9.00 am
The Executive Decision meeting of Waltham Forest Council included a discussion on proposed amendments to the borough's Pay to Park scheme. A report was prepared for Councillor Clyde Loakes, Deputy Leader (Climate and Air Quality), regarding making permanent an Experimental Traffic Management Order (ETMO) relating to the scheme. The report included summaries of consultation responses and an Equality Impact Assessment.
Cabinet - Tuesday, 3rd June, 2025 2.00 pm
At a meeting of the Waltham Forest Council Cabinet, members approved a plan to acquire 64 homes for use as temporary accommodation, adopted an Asset Transformation Strategy to guide the use of council land and buildings, and agreed to extend the council's joint venture with Norse Group for property services. The Cabinet also agreed to begin consulting on the closure of Church Lane Car Park in Leytonstone, with a view to selling the site for redevelopment.
Climate Scrutiny Committee - Thursday, 27th March, 2025 7.00 pm
The Climate Scrutiny Committee was scheduled to meet to discuss the council's air quality, climate action within procurement, and a review of the Enjoy Waltham Forest scheme. The committee was also expected to review action and recommendation trackers from previous meetings. This was scheduled to be the final meeting for the municipal year.

Evolve Norse Review
