The Local Plan Timetable is a timetable for the production of new or revised documents that set out the planning policy framework for Greater Cambridge.   The latest update was agreed by the Councils in November 2024, which included a commitment to update when the new National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) is published, which happened on 12 December.

Proposed acquisition of Faith/Community land at Northstowe, and Subsequent Disposal

To agree the terms of the disposal of the land and to agree to open a 12-month bidding process by which it may be allocated to an eligible group. The public report will include an appendix providing the red book valuation of the faith/community land in Phase 1 at Northstowe. The appendix is therefore exempt from publication by virtue of paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) (Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).
