The Integrated Meeting of Waltham Forest Health & Wellbeing and Health & Care Partnership Boards was scheduled to discuss a range of important health and social care initiatives. The Licensing Act 2003 Sub-Committee met to discuss an application for a premises licence for Popeyes, 259 High Street, Walthamstow, E17 7BH. The sub-committee decided to grant the application in part, with amended hours and additional conditions to address concerns about public nuisance and late-night disturbance. The restaurant will be allowed to offer late night refreshment (deliveries) from 23:00 to 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, and the opening hours of the premises will be 07:00 to 23:00 Sunday to Thursday, and 07:00 to 01:00 Friday and Saturday, with the premises closed to the public from 23:00 each night.

The Waltham Forest Health and Wellbeing Board and Health and Care Partnership Boards were scheduled to meet to discuss a promoting wellbeing update, a Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) update on Romanian community engagement, a long term conditions strategy, and a Better Care Fund update. The meeting was also scheduled to include discussion of the minutes of the previous meeting and the forward plan.
