To seek approval for a Driver Licensing & Specialist Vehicle Requirements Policy. This will support the current Operational Road Risk Policy by introducing a minimum interval period of driver licence checks, introduction of mandatory assessments for all drivers of Council vehicles, management of penalty points and disqualifications, and providing clarity on the driving and operating of specialist vehicles (eg minibuses and LGV)
