Wiltshire Council met on 22 July 2025, and among the topics discussed were youth services, treasury management, a bat mitigation strategy, and a motion to repudiate the council's climate emergency declaration. Councillors also debated and voted on motions regarding weight limits on roads and the Ask Angela scheme.

Licensing Committee - Monday 16 June 2025 10.30 am

The Licensing Committee was scheduled to meet to discuss a number of licensing issues in Wiltshire, including proposed changes to hackney carriage fees, and updates from the police, passenger transport, taxi licensing and public protection teams. The committee was also scheduled to review the minutes of previous sub-committee meetings and licensing appeals.

Pewsey Area Board - Monday 9 June 2025 7.00 pm

The Pewsey Area Board met to discuss a range of community issues, allocate funding to local projects, and receive updates from partners such as the police and local organisations. Councillors approved funding for several community and youth projects, heard a presentation on the Shared Lives Service, and discussed local priorities and challenges.

Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee - Tuesday 3 June 2025 10.30 am

The Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee of Wiltshire Council met to elect a chair and vice-chair, and to discuss the Overview and Scrutiny work programme. Councillors were also scheduled to discuss temporary agency staffing procurement and overview and scrutiny member remuneration.

Extraordinary Meeting: On the rising of Full Council, not before 11:00, Eastern Wiltshire Area Committee - Tuesday 20 May 2025 11.00 am

At an extraordinary meeting of the Eastern Wiltshire Area Committee, Councillor Jane Davies was appointed as Chairman and Councillor Kymee Cleasby was appointed as Vice-Chairman for the forthcoming year. The committee also agreed on substitution arrangements for members across the Marlborough, Pewsey, and Tidworth Area Boards.
