LGRP Framework, Executive Decision - Tuesday, 2nd December, 2025 3.30 pm

The Waltham Forest Council Cabinet met to discuss and approve a range of strategic and financial matters, including the Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Strategy, the Avenue Road Estate regeneration project, and the continuation of the Council Tax Support scheme. A report was prepared for Councillor Clyde Loakes, Deputy Leader (Climate and Air Quality), regarding making permanent an Experimental Traffic Management Order (ETMO) relating to the scheme.
