Housing Growth Delivery Plan 2024-2029

A delivery plan for new homes in the city, describing how we will deliver homes in line with the Housing Strategy’s ambition for ‘More homes and housing choice’. The plan outlines the actions the Council will take to deliver, support and influence housing growth in the city. The plan will include a programme of delivery, action plan and site list providing detail on how sites identified for Housing in the Council’s draft Local Plan will be progressed.

The response indicated that "Officers from Finance and the Sustainability and Climate Change team will explore the practicalities of issuing green bonds and will report back to the Strategy and Resources Committee with their initial findings by September.
