Local Nature Recovery Strategy for West Sussex - progress update and delegation of authority

West Sussex County Council is the responsible Authority for preparing the LNRS for West Sussex.CDC area a supporting authority under the LNRS (Procedure) Regulations 2023. Under these regulations we have 28 days in which to object (or not) to the draft LNRS being published for consultation and, prior to final publication we have to 28 days to confirm that we are content for it to be published. As these timescales may not fit with Cabinet timetables, a delegated authority will be proposed to allow for reponses to be summitted within the specified time

Clinical Waste Collection and Support Services

...to award the contract for clinical waste collection and support services via the West Sussex County Council framework agreement, delegated authority was approved for the Director of Corporate Services, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance, Corporate Services and Chichester Contract Services, provided the contract value remains within the existing service budget.

Council Tax Review of Locally Defined Discounts and Premiums
