...to agree to a number of recommendations regarding the draft budget proposals for 2025/26 and the Medium Term Financial Strategy, including the annual budget for the London Councils Grants Committee, Housing Revenue Account rents and fees, the General Fund Medium-Term Financial Strategy, net budgets by directorate, savings, the Dedicated Schools Grant settlement, delegation of technical adjustments to the Section 151 Officer, allocation of demographic growth, the Minimum GF Balance and Earmarked reserves level, the HRA budget, the capital programme, the Retail Relief Scheme, and the Pay Policy Statement, while also noting several items such as the fees and charges policy, compliance with the CIPFA Financial Management Code, the Balance Sheet Analysis, the HRA 30-year business plan update, the council tax calculation, the NNDR estimate, the Section 151 Officer’s report, the Monitoring Officer comments, the Environmental Implications, the Equality Impact Assessment, and the invitation for public comment on the budget proposals, all with certain recommendations to be referred to Full Council for approval.

...to approve the procurement strategy for CCTV maintenance services, delegate authority to award a four-year framework contract from March 31, 2026, and delegate authority to award a 12-month call off contract from the existing framework agreement from March 31, 2025.
