The panel approved recommendations related to a pooling update and transition plan, the investment adviser's quarterly report, valuation and funding strategy statement training, and the annual report for 2024-25.

The Thomas Layton Collection was scheduled to meet to discuss the Trust's accounts and investments, receive an update from the Museum of London, and discuss the Gunnersbury Stables project. The Hounslow Borough Council met on 16 September 2025, and among other things, noted the State of the Borough 2025 report, approved the Hounslow Youth Justice Service Plan 2024-2027 (updated 2025), and agreed to participate in a flexible voting pilot for the May 2026 local elections, subject to government approval.
