Procurement of the Highways Term Service Contract (HTSC)

This current contract provides for the delivery of highway engineering and construction services to supplement the services delivered by the council’s in-house highways workforce.Highways are asking for approval by cabinet to start the procurement of a new Highway Term Service Contract
