The council approved the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Budget and Rent Setting 2025/26 and a number of amendments to the Council's Standing Orders, following the walkout of all Conservative Councillors after the refusal of a motion to bring forward a debate on the possible closure of Bradstow School. The council also noted a number of supplementary items.

The Council voted to accept a Conservative amendment to a Labour motion on compassion at Christmas.
Agenda
The meeting saw the Executive make decisions on a range of topics after receiving reports from the Environment, Health, Housing, Children's and Finance Committees. This included agreeing to extend Enable's contract for parks, leisure and bereavement services, agreeing an inflation-linked increase to service charges, agreeing the commissioning of extra care services, agreeing to continue participating in the London Sexual Health and Contraception E-Service, approving a new Vulnerable Residents Policy for housing, agreeing an approach to play strategy, and agreeing to consult on the closure of Bradstow School.
Agenda and decisions
The Children's Overview and Scrutiny Committee endorsed both the new Young Wandsworth Strategy and the new Play in Wandsworth strategy. The Committee also noted the annual Children's Services statutory complaints report and agreed the new Children's Act 1989 Statutory Complaints Policy. After lengthy discussion, the committee recommended that the Executive approve the beginning of the pre-proposal consultation on the closure of Bradstow School in Broadstairs, Kent.
