The Licensing (Public Protection) Committee met to discuss the Draft Street Trading Consent Policy Post-Consultation Review. Councillors agreed in principle to proposed amendments to the council's draft street trading consent policy on regulating street trading, modified following public consultation, prior to a resolution to full council regarding the adoption of Schedule 4 Local Government Act 1982 in respect of consent streets. The committee also agreed that the date of the next meeting would be Tuesday 23 September 2025.

The East and South Buckinghamshire Area Planning Committee met on 15 July 2025 to discuss planning applications in the region. Councillors approved an outline planning application for 43 dwellings in Iver, and a permission in principle for seven dwellings in Little Chalfont. They also approved alterations to public conveniences in Beaconsfield.

The Buckinghamshire Council met to discuss several key issues, including the appointment of a returning officer, cabinet member reports, and motions related to local plans and funding. Councillors approved the appointment of Lisa Marie Williams as the returning officer and electoral registration officer, and also approved a motion to engage with water and sewage providers on capacity investment in the local plan. A motion regarding transparency of member fees was referred to the Standards and General Purpose Committee.
