Following a period of public consultation, Cabinet to be asked to adopt three separate Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plans (LCWIP) for East Cowes & Whippingham; Cowes, Gurnard & Northwood; and Brading, Bembridge & St Helens as Supplementary Planning Documents (SPD) that post adoption can be used as a material consideration in planning decisions.
