The Chief Officers Employment Committee of Cornwall Council met on Thursday 13 November 2025 to discuss the recruitment of a new Chief Operating Officer (Section 151 Officer). The committee was also scheduled to review the minutes of previous meetings held on 11 July 2025 and 21 July 2025.

The Cornwall Council Cabinet met to discuss the Council Performance Report for Quarter 2 of 2025/26, the Draft Council Priorities Plan 2026-30, and several strategies and commissioning plans. The cabinet approved the draft Council Priorities 2026-2030 for public consultation, and also approved the Home Based Prevention and Intermediate Care Business Case, and to commence a procurement process for Sexual and Reproductive Health Services. They also formally adopted the 'Our Customer Philosophy 2025-2030' and the 'CornwALL Connected Digital Inclusion Strategy 2025-2030'.
