The committee reviewed and agreed to the accounting policies for 2024/25 and noted the Q3 Treasury Report, the Quarter 3 Risk Report, the Internal Audit Progress Report, the Combined Assurance Status Report 2024/25, and the Internal Audit Plan 2025/26. The committee also received an update on the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA) 2000.

The Licensing Committee met to review the Gambling Act 2005 Statement of Principles and agreed to a public consultation on the draft, with a plan to submit it to the Full Council for approval, provided there is no significant feedback from the consultation and the Chairman of the Licensing Committee agrees.
