To receive the HRA revenue and Capital outturn position for the financial year 2024/25 with Reserve balances as at 31 March 2025, and to agree proposed changes to the Capital Programme. Th report also provides a statement of the year-end financial position and progress with approved capital investment projects.

Update on Application for The Cambridge South East Transport Order and The Council's Statement of Case

To provide Members with an update on the application made by Cambridgeshire County Council on behalf of the Greater Cambridge Partnership (GCP) for The Cambridge South East Transport Order under the Transport and Works Act (TWA)(1992). It provides an update on progress resolving matters raised by the Council in its initial representation and seeks delegated authority to the Joint Director in consultation with the Lead Cabinet Member for Economic Development to finalise and submit the Statement of Case by 18 July 2025.
