... to approve recommendations for each Cheshire and Warrington council to establish a Combined Authority, delegate authority to Chief Executives to consent to the Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority Order 2026, agree to hold mayoral elections in May 2027, create a Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority Shadow Board, approve its Terms of Reference, amend the Cheshire and Warrington Joint Committee Terms of Reference, appoint new Joint Committee membership, and delegate authority to Chief Executives to take necessary steps to establish the Combined Authority.
