The Council of Lincolnshire Council met on Friday 20 February 2026 to approve the budget for the upcoming financial year and to adopt a new Council Plan. The meeting also saw the approval of the Pay Policy Statement and the Members' Allowances Scheme.

Adult Care and Public Health Scrutiny Committee - Wednesday, 28 January 2026 - 10.00 am

The Adult Care and Public Health Scrutiny Committee met on 28 January 2026 to discuss the Adult Care and Community Wellbeing budget proposals for 2026/27, the future of the Integrated Lifestyle Service, the recommissioning of Home Based Reablement services, and the Director of Public Health's Annual Report. The committee supported passing comments on the budget proposals to the Executive, but voted against recommending the continuation of the Integrated Lifestyle Service in its current form, opting instead to support the Executive's recommendation to dissolve it. They also supported the recommissioning of the Home Based Reablement service and the Director of Public Health's Annual Report.

Children's and Culture Scrutiny Committee - Friday, 23rd January, 2026 10.00 am

The Children's and Culture Scrutiny Committee met on Friday, 23 January 2026, to discuss the council's budget proposals for the upcoming financial year, review school admissions policies, and consider the procurement of training programmes for Children's Services staff. The committee also reviewed its work programme to ensure scrutiny activities remain focused and beneficial.

Adult Care and Public Health Scrutiny Committee - Wednesday, 7th January, 2026 10.00 am

The Adult Care and Public Health Scrutiny Committee met on Wednesday, 7 January 2026, to discuss the re-procurement of externally commissioned building-based day care services, the future of the Technology Enabled Care (TEC) service, and an extension to short breaks and emergency provision contracts. The committee resolved to support the recommendations made in relation to these items and to forward their comments to the Executive Councillor for Adult Care and Health.
