The committee decided to grant the licence with amended hours and additional conditions to promote the licensing objectives[^2]. The Sub-Committee was reassured that there was no connection between the applicant and the previous licence holder.

High Wycombe Town Committee - Tuesday, 9th September, 2025 7.00 pm

The High Wycombe Town Committee met to discuss the Wycombe Vision, Q1 special expenses, the High Wycombe Market, improvements to Booker Park Recreation Ground, and an art-led project. The committee was also scheduled to discuss the potential disposal of a council-owned property asset in High Wycombe.

The Licensing (Premises) Sub-Committee of Buckinghamshire Council convened to consider the agenda and reports pack provided to the attendees. The meeting included discussion of virtual procedural rules, and a new premises licence application for Muntenia's Restaurant.
