...to recommend forwarding to Council the draft General Fund revenue and capital budgets for 2026/27 and the financial outlook, seeking approval to consult on the budget proposals, endorse the budget assumptions and strategy, allow officers to adjust cost recovery fees and charges by up to 5% in consultation with the Leader, and amend the current year's Capital Programme as shown in Appendix 2.
