The annual meeting of Wandsworth Council saw Councillor Jeremy Ambache elected as Mayor for the second time, and Councillor Rosemary Birchall appointed as Deputy Mayor. Councillors also approved the appointment of cabinet members, committee members, and representatives to outside bodies. A proposal to create five Deputy Cabinet member positions was approved, despite opposition concerns about the cost.

A decision on an application at Skeena Hill was deferred from the previous meeting but was approved this time.

The Licensing Sub-Committee of Wandsworth Council met to consider a premises licence variation for Shell Little Waitrose Roehampton and a new premises licence for Londis Battersea Bridge Road. The committee approved the variation to the Shell Little Waitrose licence, allowing 24-hour alcohol sales. They also approved the new premises licence for Londis, with conditions.

The Wandsworth Council Licensing Sub-Committee met to discuss a new premises licence for Wine Direct Ltd and a review of the premises licence for Eelam Enterprise, ultimately granting the licence for Wine Direct Ltd with amended conditions, and agreeing to hold the review of Eelam Enterprise in a closed session due to an ongoing police investigation.
