Renewal to Regulation 7 Direction under Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulation 2007

...to renew the Regulation 7 Direction under the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007, prohibiting the display of To Let boards on residential properties in specific wards without express consent, and to authorize the Chief Officer for Planning & Climate Change to submit the renewal proposal to the Secretary of State.
