Senior Leadership Team Restructure

The Chief Executive has undertaken a consultation with the Senior Leadership Team on a restructure which will provide the council with a more resilient structure as we move towards local government reorganisation in 2028. The restructure will require two posts to be made redundant from the current structure. This requires agreement at Full Council as statutory guidance mandates that any redundancy payments over £100kmust be approved by Full Council.
