This executive decision meeting of Waltham Forest Council was scheduled to discuss the proposed acquisition of new build homes for affordable rent. The Deputy Leader (Housing and Regeneration) was asked to approve the use of Right to Buy receipts to acquire 53 newbuild homes at the Fellowship Square development.
