The amendments would remove Local Assemblies from the constitution, reduce the number of topics that can be discussed at Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs) of the council, limit the length of time given over to motions at council meetings, and prevent Cabinet Advisors from being members of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
