Childcare and Early Years Capital Programme 2025-2028

To seek Members’ approval and endorsement for the sites that have been identified by the Early Years and Family Support Service Capital Team, and for the pre-construction early screening work of the proposed sites to begin, in-order for funding to be secured through the submission of Business Justification Cases to the Welsh Government.
