... the committee noted the contents of the external audit reports for 2024/25 from Bishop Fleming, including the Audit Completion Report, the draft Auditor's Annual Report, and the draft Letter of Representation, and authorised the Assistant Director Finance (S151 Officer), in consultation with the Chair (or Deputy Chair), to make further changes and sign the accounts and letter of representation after receiving the final audit opinion.

...to note the Executive report and provide comments for the Executive to consider, acknowledging that the Executive is asked to approve the Full Proposal for Local Government Reorganisation across Oxfordshire, endorsing a two-unitary model with one authority covering Cherwell, West Oxfordshire, and Oxford City (Oxford & Shires ) and the other covering South Oxfordshire, Vale of White Horse, and West Berkshire (Ridgeway ).
