...to note the Executive report and provide comments for the Executive to consider, acknowledging that the Executive is asked to approve the Full Proposal for Local Government Reorganisation across Oxfordshire, endorsing a two-unitary model with one authority covering Cherwell, West Oxfordshire, and Oxford City (Oxford & Shires ) and the other covering South Oxfordshire, Vale of White Horse, and West Berkshire (Ridgeway ).

...that the Executive of Cherwell noted the council's finance, performance, and risk management report for Quarter 2, approved the reprofiling of capital projects, approved £0.040m for Park Hill Recreation Ground enhancement, approved the transfer of the £1.4m Extended Producer Reliability grant to Environmental Services, and approved the virement of £85k to Environmental Services for the Oxfordshire Waste & Environmental Services Programme.
