On 12 August 2025, the Lead Member for Resources and Climate Change agreed that the property be let in accordance with s123 of the Local Government Act 1972. Following a marketing period, the Lead Member will consider offers made and the analysis. A decision will be made regarding the organisation that is to take a lease on the property.

Update to the Social Value Policy
