The Adult Care and Public Health Scrutiny Committee was scheduled to discuss proposals for the Adult Care and Community Wellbeing budget for 2026/27, alongside future arrangements for the Integrated Lifestyle Service and the recommissioning of Home-Based Reablement Services. The committee was also set to consider the Director of Public Health's Annual Report for 2025, which focuses on the public health case for quality employment.

The Growth Scrutiny Committee of Lincolnshire Council was scheduled to discuss the council's budget proposals for 2026/2027, review car park management at the Queen Elizabeth II Lincolnshire Coastal Country Park, and consider its work programme for the upcoming year. The committee was also set to review property matters and proposed changes to charging and contracts within the economic infrastructure property portfolio.
