The purpose of the report is to seek approval for the Hybrid Working Policy that will apply to the workforce. This will enable the guidance for Modern Ways of Working to be formalised as a Policy to ensure clarity, consistency and implementation of a hybrid approach for employees and line managers

Driver Licensing & Specialist Vehicle Requirements Policy

To seek approval for a Driver Licensing & Specialist Vehicle Requirements Policy. This will support the current Operational Road Risk Policy by introducing a minimum interval period of driver licence checks, introduction of mandatory assessments for all drivers of Council vehicles, management of penalty points and disqualifications, and providing clarity on the driving and operating of specialist vehicles (eg minibuses and LGV)
