APPROVAL OF DRAFT PAVEMENT LICENSING POLICY

...to approve a draft Pavement Licensing Policy prior to public consultation, grant delegated authority to the Assistant Director of Planning and Regulatory Services to subject the draft policy to public consultation and make minor changes, and add Pavement Licensing to the functions of the Licensing and Appeals Committee.

Local Authority Housing Fund - 3

...to utilize the Local Authority Housing Fund 3 grant, with delegated authority granted to the Assistant Director of Housing, to acquire four residential properties, addressing homelessness and supporting resettlement efforts, with a capped Housing Revenue Account contribution of £200,000 for any funding shortfall.
