...to allow the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader and Cabinet Member for Environment and Highways, to consent to the submission and laying of an order amending the West Midlands Combined Authority (Functions and Amendment) Order 2017 to remove the designation of Combined Authority Roads, thereby resolving a discrepancy with the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 and enabling the WMCA to fully utilize its powers regarding Key Network Roads.
