To seek approval of the preferred option in relation to the transfer of properties that become available for letting from our stock of ‘general needs’ housing for use as temporary accommodation for a period of two years, with a review after 1 year, and what the annual limit should be on the number of properties transferred and authorise the Executive Director – Growth and Regeneration in consultation with the Chair of the Homes and Housing Delivery Committee and the Director of Finance (S151 Officer) to take all steps required to implement the decision of the Committee.
