Local Planning Committee - Tuesday, 3rd March, 2026 6.30 pm
The Local Planning Committee meeting on 3 March 2026 saw several applications for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) discussed, with two deferred due to insufficient information regarding management plans and noise mitigation. A proposal for a two-storey side extension to a Grade II listed building at 25 Gloucester Circus was refused due to concerns about its impact on heritage value, while a similar application at 888 Sidcup Road was deferred for further information. Planning permission was granted for HMO conversions at 73 and 57 Roydene Road, and 76 Riverdale Road. An application for an 8-bed HMO at 31 Eltham Hill was deferred.
