The Local Planning Committee is scheduled to consider three planning applications at its meeting on Tuesday 13 January 2026. The committee will review proposals for a commercial unit amalgamation, and two separate applications for the conversion of family homes into Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs).

Local Planning Committee - Tuesday, 9th December, 2025 6.30 pm

The Royal Borough of Greenwich Local Planning Committee met to discuss several planning applications, including changes of use for properties to houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), and the amalgamation of commercial units. Councillors approved two HMO applications with amendments, approved one HMO application, and deferred a decision on the amalgamation of two commercial units for a site visit.

Council - Wednesday, 3rd December, 2025 7.00 pm

Royal Greenwich Council met in December 2025 to discuss a range of issues, including approving a draft local plan for consultation, adopting a revised licensing policy, and addressing community safety and road repairs through dedicated motions. Councillors also noted updates on treasury management and strategic risks.

Local Planning Committee - Tuesday, 25th November, 2025 6.30 pm

The Royal Borough of Greenwich Local Planning Committee met on 25 November 2025, and approved plans for two properties to become houses in multiple occupation (HMO). Permission was granted for the change of use of 47 Arbroath Road, Eltham, to a five-bedroom HMO, and for 32 Roydene Road, Plumstead, to become a six-bedroom HMO, subject to conditions.
