Strategic Planning Committee - Thursday, 17th April, 2025 10.00 am
The Strategic Planning Committee of Cornwall Council scheduled a meeting to discuss planning applications for a solar farm, a residential development and an extra care apartment complex, as well as a list of appeals. The meeting was scheduled to take place at the Trelawny Room, County Hall, Truro.

Cornwall Council met to discuss health and wellbeing board alignment, and the operation of special urgency provisions. Central Sub-Area Planning Committee - Monday, 7th April, 2025 10.00 am
The Central Sub-Area Planning Committee met to discuss one planning application and note an item for information regarding appeals. The committee voted to delegate authority to the Chief Planning Officer to grant full planning permission for the redevelopment of the former Arla Creamery site in Trevarrian, subject to conditions and a Section 106 agreement.
Licensing Act Sub Committee - Wednesday, 2nd April, 2025 10.00 am
The Licensing Act Sub Committee met to consider an application to vary the premises licence for The Grapes Inn, located at 64 Church Street, Falmouth. The committee resolved to grant the application, subject to amended conditions regarding noise and door staff.
